NINE25 Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 10, 2026
Nine25 Global LLC ("NINE25," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of job seekers, employers, and other users of the NINE25 Services. This Privacy Policy explains our practices and the choices available to you.
1. Scope and Who We Are
NINE25 is a technology platform that connects job seekers and employers and provides tools for profiles, job postings, applications, video introductions, application questions, messaging, interview scheduling, candidate management, and related recruiting features. This Privacy Policy explains how Nine25 Global LLC ("NINE25," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects Personal Information when you use the NINE25 mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy is a notice of our privacy practices. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and you agree to the NINE25 Terms of Service. Where applicable law or an app-platform rule requires separate consent for a specific data use, we will request that consent separately. This Privacy Policy does not create contractual rights beyond those provided by applicable law or the NINE25 Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, and limited information from service providers that help us operate NINE25. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include your name, email address, phone number, authentication information, profile photo, preferred roles, work preferences, employment history, education, skills, resume or CV, application responses, employer and business information, hiring-team information, messages, interview details, subscription status, and support communications.
If you choose to use location-based features, we may collect a location you enter manually and, with your device permission, approximate or precise device location as needed to show jobs, candidates, businesses, or distances relevant to your selected area. You can control device-location permissions through your operating-system settings, although disabling location may limit certain features.
We also collect technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, log data, crash information, security events, feature interactions, and similar diagnostic information used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services. We may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, purchase history, or similar billing information from app stores or payment processors. We generally do not receive or store your full payment-card number when a third-party payment processor or app store handles payment.
3. Video and Audio Recordings
NINE25 allows users to record or upload video and audio content, including profile introductions and responses to employer questions. When you choose to create or upload a recording, the recording and related metadata are transmitted through systems used to provide the feature and may be hosted, cached, processed, or stored by NINE25 service providers so that you and authorized recipients can access it.
NINE25 does not sell your video or audio recordings, rent them to data brokers, or use them for third-party advertising. NINE25 does not keep a separate archival copy of a recording outside the systems reasonably necessary to provide, secure, back up, or support the Services. Because a recording must remain available for playback while it is active on NINE25, the recording may be stored by our video, cloud, or infrastructure providers for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, satisfy security or legal obligations, resolve disputes, or complete deletion from active systems and routine backups.
When you submit a recording as part of a job application or make it available through profile-visibility features, you direct us to disclose that recording to the employer and authorized members of that employer's hiring team. Employers may independently retain information they are legally permitted to retain after receiving it. NINE25 is not responsible for an employer's independent use of information outside the NINE25 platform except to the extent required by applicable law.
4. Resumes, Automated Processing, and Artificial Intelligence
NINE25 may use automated tools, including artificial-intelligence or machine-learning services, to process resume and application information for functions such as extracting or organizing resume content, structuring profile information, improving search, supporting matching, generating administrative summaries, or improving the user experience. Automated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as a guarantee of a user's qualifications or suitability.
If NINE25 transmits Personal Information to a third-party AI provider, we will identify the provider and the data being sent in the applicable consent flow before transmission when required by law or platform rules. NINE25 does not authorize service providers to sell resume or application data or to use it for unrelated advertising. NINE25 also does not authorize the use of resume or application data to train general-purpose AI models for unrelated purposes unless we first provide clear notice and obtain any consent required by law.
NINE25 does not make the final decision to hire, reject, interview, promote, terminate, or otherwise employ a person. Employers are solely responsible for their employment decisions, the criteria they use, and compliance with employment, anti-discrimination, accessibility, labor, and other applicable laws.
5. How We Use Personal Information
We use Personal Information to create and manage accounts; verify users; provide profiles, job postings, applications, candidate search, messaging, interview scheduling, notifications, team-management, and subscription features; show relevant jobs or candidates; process and organize resumes and application content; prevent fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents; provide support; debug and improve the Services; enforce our agreements; comply with law; protect users, NINE25, and others; and carry out other purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product development, business planning, and service improvement. We take reasonable steps designed to prevent de-identified information from being used to identify a particular individual and do not attempt to re-identify it except as permitted by law for security or validation purposes.
6. How We Disclose Personal Information
We disclose Personal Information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services or as otherwise described in this Policy. This includes disclosures to employers and authorized hiring-team users when a job seeker applies, communicates, makes a profile available for employer discovery, or otherwise directs disclosure; to job seekers when an employer publishes a job, communicates, or makes business information available; and to service providers that perform hosting, database, storage, video or audio processing, phone or identity verification, email or push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, security, customer support, payment or subscription processing, and AI-assisted data processing on our behalf.
We may also disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, lawful requests, or legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our agreements; to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of NINE25, our users, or others; with your direction or consent; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.
We require service providers to handle Personal Information only for authorized purposes and to provide privacy and security protections appropriate to the information they process. We do not permit a service provider to treat Personal Information it receives solely on our behalf as its own data for unrelated purposes except where law permits and appropriate notice or consent is provided.

7. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
NINE25 does not sell Personal Information for money and does not rent or broker user information. NINE25 does not disclose Personal Information to third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any notice, choice, or consent required by applicable law before applying the new practice to Personal Information in a manner that requires such notice or consent.
8. Data Visibility Within NINE25
Information you intentionally place on a job-seeker profile, employer profile, job posting, application, message, or hiring workflow may be visible to other users according to the feature and your settings. Job seekers should not include Social Security numbers, full financial-account numbers, account passwords, medical records, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information in a resume, profile, video, message, or application unless NINE25 specifically requests it for a clearly disclosed purpose.
Employers are responsible for limiting access to candidate information to authorized personnel and for using applicant information only for lawful recruiting, hiring, workforce, recordkeeping, security, or compliance purposes. An employer's independent retention or processing of applicant data may be governed by that employer's own policies and legal obligations.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including while an account is active, while information is needed to provide a requested feature, and for reasonable periods needed for security, fraud prevention, support, dispute resolution, accounting, legal compliance, enforcement of agreements, or protection of legal rights.
You may initiate or request account deletion through the account controls or support channel made available in the Services. When an account or item is deleted, we take steps to delete or de-identify associated Personal Information from active systems, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, transaction-record, or dispute-resolution purposes. Residual copies may remain in routine backups until those backups are overwritten or expire under our standard backup cycle. Information that has already been lawfully disclosed to an employer or another user may remain in that recipient's systems.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Access to Personal Information is limited based on operational need. No method of transmission, storage, or security can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and NINE25 cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our safeguards.
11. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You may update certain profile and account information through the Services, manage device permissions through your operating-system settings, and control certain communications through notification settings or unsubscribe mechanisms. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of Personal Information; to obtain information about categories of information collected or disclosed; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to limit certain uses of sensitive Personal Information; to appeal a denied privacy request; and to receive equal service and pricing for exercising privacy rights.
Because NINE25 does not sell Personal Information or use it for third-party targeted advertising as described above, sale or targeted-advertising opt-out rights generally should not be necessary for our current practices. If a legally recognized opt-out signal applies to a future practice, we will honor it as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law allows them to do so.
12. Communications and Messaging
Messages and other communications sent through NINE25 are transmitted to the intended recipients and may be stored to provide conversation history, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, investigate reports, provide support, and protect the Services. Authorized NINE25 personnel or service providers may access communications when reasonably necessary for support, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of our agreements. Users should not use NINE25 messaging to transmit highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the recruiting process.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may interact with app stores, payment processors, verification providers, video or cloud providers, mapping or location services, analytics providers, AI processing providers, employer websites, or other third-party services. Their independent processing of information may be governed by their own privacy policies. NINE25 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties acting independently of NINE25, but we require service providers processing Personal Information solely on our behalf to provide protections consistent with applicable law and our contractual requirements.
14. Employment Platform Disclaimer
NINE25 provides technology and marketplace tools. NINE25 is not the employer of job seekers using the Services and does not become an employer, joint employer, staffing agency, recruiter, employment agency, agent, fiduciary, or guarantor merely by operating the platform. NINE25 does not guarantee that a job posting is available, accurate, lawful, or suitable; that an employer or candidate will respond; that an application will be viewed; that a user will receive an interview, offer, placement, or employment; that an employer will fill a role; or that any employment relationship will continue for any period of time.
Employers and job seekers are solely responsible for evaluating each other, verifying credentials and information, conducting lawful screening, making employment decisions, negotiating employment terms, and complying with applicable laws. NINE25 may remove, restrict, or review content or accounts for safety, policy, or legal reasons, but does not assume a general duty to verify every user, job posting, credential, statement, message, video, or employment decision.
15. Children and Age Restrictions
NINE25 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. Users must also satisfy any minimum age, work-eligibility, parental-consent, or other requirements applicable to employment or use of online services in their jurisdiction. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
16. U.S. Operation and Cross-Border Processing
NINE25 is operated by a United States company and is currently designed primarily for users and employers in the United States. Personal Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws, subject to applicable legal requirements.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology, law, or our practices. We will post the updated Policy and revise the effective date. If a change materially expands how we use or disclose Personal Information, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law or platform rules. We will not rely on a quiet or retroactive policy change to authorize a materially different use of Personal Information where the law requires new notice or consent.
